We’re opening Mel to our first 150 members in Cyprus. Requests are read in the order they arrive.
Founding Membership starts at €2,000 a year, VAT included. A low member number, first invitations, and a founding rate that never rises for as long as you stay.

Plainly, membership isn’t
- The cost of the services themselves. The cleaner, the bill, the tickets and the boat are always paid directly, at market price or better.
- Big projects, such as a renovation, a full relocation or a wedding, get scoped and quoted separately, so membership stays fair for everyone.
- A guarantee of miracles. We can’t promise the impossible. We can promise we’re the first people they call back.
- A licence for unkindness. Our team looks after you; you look after them. If a membership ever has to end early, unused months are refunded. Kindly, and squarely.

Some of our most trusted partners pay us referral fees for the business we bring them. Those fees never add anything to what you pay. Nobody can buy their way into a Mel recommendation: partners earn their place by being excellent, and they keep it the same way.

What exactly is Mel?

Is Mel a person?
No. Mel is the name of the team. One point of contact, a whole team behind it, and nobody you have to remember the name of.
Isn't this just an expensive Google?
Google gives you forty options and no answer. Mel gives you the answer from people who know which of the forty is actually good, then books it, arranges it and follows it up for you.
How do I reach Mel?
WhatsApp. That's the whole point: one number, saved in your phone like a friend. (Email works as a fallback.)
What if I only use Mel twice a year?
Then you're probably not who Mel is for, and we'd rather say that here than after you've paid. Mel earns its keep at a few messages a month. But if your two times a year are "the boiler died" and "I need a miracle table for my anniversary," those alone can be worth it.
How does Mel make money beyond membership?
Our promise is simple: you will always pay market price or better, and any member rate we negotiate goes to you in full. Why not just hire a PA?
A full-time PA costs €25,000–30,000+ a year once you add employer contributions, and then you have to manage them. Mel is a fraction of that, needs nothing from you, and already knows 25 years of Cyprus.
How fast do you reply?
A human replies in minutes, 8:00–20:00, every day. After hours you'll get instant confirmation we've seen it, and we pick it up first thing.
What happens after 8pm?
Message anyway. You'll know it's been seen, and it's handled first thing in the morning. If it genuinely can't wait, say so and we'll do our best.
What does membership cost?
Membership starts at €2,000 a year, VAT included. Bespoke and Business memberships are shaped around what you need, so those numbers come from a conversation, not a price list.
Is VAT included?
Yes. The price you're quoted is the price you pay. VAT included, no joining fee, nothing on top.
Does membership include the cost of services?
No. Third-party goods and services are always paid separately, at market price or better.
What if someone Mel recommended does bad work?
Tell us first. We'll get it put right, and suppliers who let members down don't stay on the list. You're contracting the supplier directly, but you'll never be left to fight anything alone.
Can Mel guarantee every request?
No. But you can always ask, and we'll always tell you straight.
What counts as fair use? Can a membership end early?
Fair use is simple: your household's real life, one request at a time, handled properly. If usage ever becomes extreme, we'll raise it with you openly and honestly first. And if a membership does have to end early, whether for excessive use that breaches our terms or for unkindness towards our team, we refund the remaining full months. We'd rather part ways kindly than keep a relationship that isn't working.
Does Mel work across Cyprus?
We're strongest in Limassol and Paphos, and we arrange things island-wide.
